That video looks really good and they are right in some ways. But those levels of detail require enormous amounts of graphical power and a lot of normal budget consumers aren't going to be able to run that kind of detail on that level. This was at highest settings if you look at it that way. I think it wel be a lot less when you dont have the gpu for it and you have to lower your settings. Then those polygons are better.
