Unfair Perm Ban

Hi

Today i was playing on your sever( a good one), i was following the rules( Ariska and bayonet) and Mercygiver call votes on me , at the third try he kicked me

then i reported him and i got perm ban

this is unfair

we will just have to talk to him and see whats going on. i wasnt on at that time when he kicked you so idk what happened. are u sure it just wasnt a mistake that he kicked u and meant to kick som1 else?

i had marty , and i got a temp kick. that was yesterday

when i reported him, i got perm ban

I think he apologized and that he comes to the forum means he likes our server....so maybe give him a 2nd chance....but than never break the rules again or call a vote on anybody

i broke the rules accidentally. that dosent justify Perm Ban

Mercygiver. he called 3 votes on me for fun, then i called one on him, got temp ban

then i went back to the server and said what happend and got Perm ban, reason "Dickhead"

How it all started:

1st:
Back in a game of Battery a few weeks back i was 1v1 with The_Guy before he shot me he threw a nade at me,it hit me and went off map i think,then i was shot.I was surprised and then watched the replay to find i was right.I voted him out he got kicked.Btw you came back into the server WITH A MOLOTOV trying to throw it at me according to Sniperspring.

2nd:
It was either Robbie or Kevy i think playing on Bolt during courtyard i think.I had just signed into the server and next thing i know i have a vote called to kick me by The_Guy.The other admin had voted him out because he had Pistoled him which of course is breaking the rules and don't deny it.The_Guy wildy thinking im out to get him had instantly called a vote on ME which of course i reacted to because i had CALLED NO VOTE or hadn't even communicated with him that day.The_Guy then got kicked after his vote failed on me and for talking sh!t to the admin who had orignally kicked him and at me because it's always me picking on the guy apparently.

As far as i can remember you have been kicked on 1-2 occasions for throwing a nade here or there.

You've come onto the server looking for a confrontation with me saying "Are you going to kick me again 0xian0" and passing other snarky comments like this.A nice way to say hello that is and very rude since you are the one who should be SYMPATHETIC for breaking the rules.

The reason for the perma ban was probably because of all your frequent "accidents" which is about 5-6 now i think.Upto the other guys to what they do but this is the whole story.

nope, you kick wasnt proper. I got Kicked 1 Pistol. 4 times by calling votes and one for an accidental chose of class and your( wasnt proper)

Why vote to kick ME when i had made no vote?

The Last Stand was in the damn first match i played. Mercygiver wasnt admin back then.

I pistoled Mercygiver so what? i got Kicked For it
He voted me for no reason many times

PS: this isnt the point, the point is he called 3 votes on me after i joined, i roperted him and got perm ban
